Mid 2020 is when the Leadworks occupancy started to turn back into bags and boxes. Carmen Wong's residency reflection on the artist residency page still holds that moment: studio time as a haven, then a packing down that had to happen with fewer borrowed cars than anyone wanted.

Members who still had a desk in the building kept a van slot in view even when the slot was only a neighbour with a roof rack. The membership clock from the first funded season was the thing people pointed to when they asked how long a room was theirs.
